About the event

Nearly coming to blows with your loved ones over politics, religion, or parenting at Thanksgiving & Yuletide is a time-honored family tradition. However, for a lot of folks, this year was a serious breaking point, leaving us wondering how we’ll handle seeing our family over the holidays or if we should see them at all.

In this new, experiential workshop, we’ll use tools from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you get out of the conversations you don’t want to have & engage effectively in the ones you do.

To everyone looking at half the country & wondering how to bridge this gap & whether it’s worth it to even try, this is the workshop for you. You’ll leave prepared to remain rooted in your values even under the high stress conditions that only occur in civil war & family holidays.

Everyone who signs up will receive access…
